Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

1. Open the RALLY app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap "Delete account."
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@rallyrating.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, name, username, city, country, profile photo, gender, push notification token, in-app notifications, and your private match notes.

What is kept, and why

Your match results and rating history are kept, but with your identity removed — you will appear to other players as "Deleted player." This is kept so that the people you played against still have an accurate record of their own matches. It has no set expiry: removing it later would corrupt real match history for people who are not the ones requesting deletion.
